We use structured project management protocols including programme scheduling, weekly progress reporting, and a formal handover and defects liability process.
A: Both. Airluxe works directly with property owners, corporate tenants, and hospitality operators as a direct contractor. We also operate as a specialist fit-out, MEP, or civil subcontractor for main contractors on larger projects. Our commercial model adapts to project structure and client preference.
